All of the desktops were getting IP addresses in the range of 192.168.0.x Now, I know the IP address range of the gateway is 10.0.0.x, so these addresses made no sense to me at all. I was unable to get anyone to understand the problem I was having.
The rep on the phone told me he would escalate the call to tier 2 but it could be 24-48 hours before someone could back to us.
Modem users When connecting to the Internet over a dial-up Modem, your ISP will assign your computer a different IP address each time you connect.
If you're wanting to change your IP address, try disconnecting and reconnecting.
This is common when the power goes out or you move the computer from one LAN to another.
Unlike your mailing address, however, your IP address can change in certain situations.
If you are going to make a guide please do it all the way and the correct way.

Troubleshooting: If for any reason you are unable to access the Internet with this setup, then make sure that you have powered on your DOVADO router after powering on the brodband modem/router. Try enabling Connection Tracker with the following instructions. • Select what action the router should take if the pings fail under Failure Handling. If it is ON but it still does not work, please see the next question. • If negative, please try with another computer if possible. • If positive, then please check your web browser's settings or try in another browser or from another computer. To do this, hold down the RESET button on the back of the router for 8 seconds while the router is powered on and then wait for 2 minutes.
